The central principal of our service is to provide client’s with project related expertise tailored to meet their needs. As the client’s experienced advocate, McGrath & Company staff can assume full project management responsibilities for all aspects of planning, permitting, design, construction & occupancy activities. Alternatively, our staff is utilized to augment the client’s existing in-house staff capabilities focusing our project controls expertise to a particular area of need in schedule or budget control. Working in conjunction with other project consultants our quantity surveyor services provide our clients with safeguards on the financial and contractual aspects of the project.
